FileQuirks

Check file type

FileQuirks is a system which enables you to check the type of your raw text file containing biological data. You can either upload a file from disk or paste it into the field below. The limit of the file size is 1Mb. Submitted data and results are stored on the server.

If you want to help us to improve the system and submit a file or regular expression, go to "Add new file or data type tab" or "Add new regular expression".
